In fact, whenever home health services are needed, Sun Family Care can be there to monitor, coordinate and problem solve.

We have a Care Manager who can keep in touch with your family members to let them know how you are doing.
We monitor, coordinate and work closely with home health, companion and any other services you are currently receiving.
Our Care Manager can go to doctors' appointments with you.
Your long-term care insurance policy may pay for a geriatric care manager.
The policy may also pay for modifications to your home that will make it a safer place for you to live.
Our company has an expert who can improve your balance and strength to help prevent injuries from falls.
Our expert can teach you to assess yourself if you do fall and help you do the right thing to prevent further injury.
We have a specialist who can evaluate your senior and offer suggestions to assist with dementia and memory loss.
If you decide that you want someone to help you find a different place to live and help you with the move, whether to an independent or assisted living facility, or someplace else, we can recommend a specialist.
We can recommend someone to help you with bathing and dressing and take you to the doctor. Or shopping. Or to the beauty parlor.
If you can't get to the drug store, we can have your medication delivered to you.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, PayPal and Private Pay. We will help you fill out the forms so you can be reimbursed by your long-term care insurance.
